'Theodore MacCallister II' Design

EDIT: I colored his tie orange with darker stripes crisscrossing, but my scanner is retarded and how the whole thing just looks red.

So I was talking to ~SarcasticLeaves about Tobey's dad, and then I decided I should get around to drawing what I thought he looks like. (And draw something more Tobey-related again to balance out my gallery. ) I'm actually not sure if this is how I pictured him, but it's probably how I'm going to picture him from here on out now.

I wanted him to have a few physical/visual similarities to Tobey (I mean, Tobey doesn't really have him mom's nose, so I gave Theodore II that.), but I didn't want him to look exactly like Tobey but older. I thought it was more important to show where Tobey gets his personality from. 'Cause I'm pretty sure his sense of humor doesn't come from Claire, if you get what I'm sayin'. Anyway, I didn't feel like he should be blonde, and I almost didn't give him glasses either, but that didn't seem to work, so I just made sure not to give him circles glasses. Or a bowtie. Bowties are great, but too many of the characters have them. Continuing with what I said earlier, I didn't really want to give him all the same colors/designs as Tobey, but I did want it to be slightly similar, because tastes seem to be genetic, so I would think they'd dress the same, except I don't think Mrs. MacCallister would LET Tobey dress exactly like his dad because she probably has some sort of negative feelings associated with his dad, whether he's in jail, they're divorced, or if he died. So yeah. (I tend to believe he's in jail, 'cause when Bampy was young enough to be fighting that robut, Theodore II could've been a young boy genius like Tobey, right? And so then he just never bothered to break out of jail and we never see him in the jail 'cause he's in a different section of it where villains NOT locked up by WordGirl go.)

For some reason when I'm coming up with designs for super smart characters, I tend to make them very eccentric. Like... I dunno. I just feel like geniuses are too busy being smart to understand fashion.

_{But I think I'm bad at designing things, so yeah, maybe I just picked weird colors and then came up with an excuse to make it work.}
